Sale of 730 hás in the Department of Lavalleja, Uruguay.

Complete ranch, with main house, sheds, electric power from UTE, semi-emergent well with electric pump and two elevated tanks for reserve, position for employee and family, complete facilities for working with cattle and sheep, fences in good condition, with more than 20 paddocks.

The main house is located on approximately 1 hectare of park and garden, surrounded by trees, bushes and fruit trees. It consists of a living room with windows and stove, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms that share a bathroom, gallery-type eaves in the front, barbecue, laundry room, garage, storage room, two rooms for workshop and tools, saddlery, etc.

Our marketing fees are 3% + VAT on the total business. To be paid in cash by the purchasing party at the time of signing the purchase agreement or the final sale, whichever comes first.

It can be financed by delivering U$D 2,500,000 and the balance in three years with three equal payments, plus 6% annual interest on balances.
